My 10 Essential Baby Must Have Products

I am sharing my 10 essential must have baby products with you in this post, and at the same time, I can’t believe my youngest is already 6 months old! He is my little surprise baby because I never thought we would have a third child together.
Being pregnant is hard on my body because I am nauseous the whole pregnancy and in constant pain. I am so grateful for my three children; I would do it all over again for them without a doubt.

I have never been the super-organized mom, and I never had a registry.

To be honest, I just had a spreadsheet forwarded by my colleague and read through it. Being the oldest and having younger siblings, I did know a bit about what I would need and what would be handy. I was also lucky enough to be surrounded by a few experienced moms.

In this blog post, I will share my 10 essential must have baby products I have used over and over again with all my 3 children and are worth buying.

There might be 1 or 2 in this list that I only used with my youngest, but I wish I had come across it sooner.

1. Bugaboo stroller

My two oldest are 18 months apart. My daughter was not an early walker, so I knew I had to invest in a quality stroller that would be easy to push with 2 little ones.

After much testing, reading online reviews, and even asking parents their opinions who I saw with this stroller, we made the decision to invest in the bugaboo donkey.

I know it has a steep price, but I can assure you it was worth every penny. I might do a full review blog post on this stroller in the future.

Bugaboo offers a wide range of accessories, colors, and designs. There is something for everyone. Their customer service is fantastic, and the stroller is built to last as I am currently using it for baby number 3.

Next to the Bugaboo Donkey, we also have a Bugaboo Bee that we use as a buggy.

2. Moby wrap

I am a huge fan of carrying my babies around.

When I am inside the house and need my hands to be free, a good wrap is everything.

I’ve used other brands, but when trying this one, I was sold.

I love the material and designs. Moby also offers different options like one with a ring sling or one that is already half wrapped. But personally, my most favorite is the one that you need to tie from scratch. It is perfect to bond with your baby while still having your hands free to do other things.

3. Stokke Tripp Trapp

We have 2 Tripp Trapp’s in our home. I’ve used them with the newborn set and with the baby set. My two oldest are still enjoying their chair.

Dinner time is valuable family time in our household, and I loved that I could include my children in this since they were born because of this chair.

It is no surprise that this brand made it to my 10 must have essential baby products list

Most of Stokke their designs are growing with your child. I really love that of this brand because that makes them sustainable and worth the investment.

The Tripp Trapp chair comes in different kinds of colors, and the cushion sets have beautiful prints.

I am afraid I have to invest in another Tripp Trapp because my 2 oldest are not willing to give up their chairs yet.

The chairs have a steeper price, but they are more than worth it, I am using my first Tripp Trapp for more than 5 years now.

4. Medela hand pump

I returned back to work with my 2 oldest when they were 3 and 4 months old.

I first purchased the Medela double swing electric pump. It was the right pump to get the job done, but I couldn’t stand the sound it was really distracting me.

It was on a work trip that I used the Medela hand pump, and it really surprised me how quickly I would have a full bottle of milk compared to when using the electric pump.

I haven’t looked back since, and I have been using hand pumps ever since.

5. Stokke Flexi Bath

With my oldest child, I bought a bath with a stand. A few months later, when we had travel plans, I purchased the Stokke Flexi bath, and to be honest, I should have bought the Stokke Flexi bath instead of the other one.

You can fold the Stokke bath, so it is easy for storage, it has newborn support, and if you want a more traditional look, you can also purchase the stand exclusively made for this bath.

What I love about it is that it indeed grows with your child. If you live in a home without a bathtub, this is perfect to bathe your toddlers as well.

Stokke always seems to get it right, and that’s why this brand made it twice in my 10 essential must have baby products list.

6. 7 AM sac

I am going to be honest because that’s what I always want to be. I didn’t use this one with my 2 oldest but boy, oh boy, how I wish this was a thing in Amsterdam.

I have always struggled with jackets and their car seats.

This thing is so easy and especially when having a winter baby, and you are on the go.

No more hassle with the winter jacket, and your child is protected against freezing temperatures, while respecting all the safety rules.

The sac is the most popular, but I have also used the cocoon, and I have the evolution blanket as well.

7. Baby Brezza

I love to make fresh food and also for my children. But since we all know things can get very busy you need a machine that can help you with that.

I love a baby food maker that can steam and blend. There are so many options out there.

Making your own food shouldn’t be difficult and it also saves you money what you would have spent on premade baby food. (And I am not saying buying premade baby food is a bad thing because we all get it being a mom can get very busy). Fresh food and saving money this is why the Baby Brezza made it to my 10 must have baby products

8. Aden & Anais

Definitely on my list of one of my favorite baby products. I love the swaddles with their adorable prints and the fact that they get softer and softer after every wash, and I use them for more than only swaddling.

I love almost everything about this brand. Their sleep sacs, their bibs, their bathrobes, and blankets.

In my opinion, Aden & Anais is a brand you must have for your little one.

9. Ergobaby original baby carrier

This is hands down the best baby carrier ever. I have had a few other ones, and after or during carrying, I would have shoulder or back pain. Once I came across the Ergobaby carrier, I was sold.

I have used it with the oldest up until they were 3 years old. It went with us on many holidays.

You have newer models, but I have the original one where you have to buy the baby insert if you want to carry your child as a newborn.

My children loved it, and I loved cuddling with them and have my hands free, and I still use it for my youngest.

10. Baby Bjorn Bouncer

They are expensive, I do agree. And if you look at the design, you are probably going to be like no way I am spending that kind of money on this. But yet most babies love this thing, and a happy baby means happy mom.

You can easily fold it to store it or take it with you whenever you need to go somewhere. It is lightweight so you can take it to every room in your home.

You can buy the extra fabric for your seat in all kinds of colors, which is a massive win for me because you know how bouncers can get very dirty.

I have not invested in the toys yet, but who knows. So far, I love this bouncer, and I move it around the house a lot.
