Ok, ok, I know that we all might have a different opinion about the best ballet flat. But let me tell you, I have quite a shoe collection, and I have also purchased ballet flats from brands specialized in ballet flats. So when Sarah Flint first launched their ballet flats last year, I was like naah, I am good I have so many pairs of ballet flats, and I might go for another style.

Fast forward, when the Sarah Flint marketing team asked me to be part of their campaign, and the ballet flats arrived, it was love at first sight. We need a moment for the leather. The ballet flats are from Nappa leather. And like most things Sarah Flint, it is in the details. A squared cap toe of patent leather, with a covered button inspired by vintage fashion. It is a Sachetto construction, meaning lining and insole are stitched together for a flexible and lightweight fit. There is 3mm of extra padding added to the footbed for increased comfort. Honestly, you need to see them in real life.

Sizing and colors

The Sachetto ballet flats fit true to size. I am a European size 41, and it fits well. If you have a wider foot, do size half a size up.
They are currently available in 6 colorways: sand nappa, black nappa, espresso suede, navy suede, petal nappa, rosegold nappa with shimmer textile.
Honestly, I love them all; they are so versatile and comfortable.

Styling the best ballet flats

You can style these ballet flats in so many ways, and I also think that they make the perfect transition shoes for going from winter to spring/summer, and you can wear them well into fall.

They look great with simple jeans, but you can even wear them in a more business-like outfit. Perfect for a day at the office when you want to look business-like but are not in the mood for heels.
