Sharifa Samora is Finally Live

Yeah, I made it! Welcome to www.sharifasamora.com

This is my first ever live blogpost. For some people, this might not mean a lot, but for me, it was quite a journey!

I wish I would have paid more attention during computer classes at school, and that I didn’t have IT on speed-dial when working in the corporate world.

But here I am, and hopefully, I am here to stay.

This website is my little internet space where I will hopefully bring you styling ideas, gift guides, my thoughts, and a glimpse of my life as a mom and newbie in Montreal.

I use the name Sharifa Samora because Samora it is my second name. It is also to honor my late dad as he gave me that name. When he passed away more than eight years ago, I start using that name online, and the plan was to start my online blogging journey back then already. My dad was a firm believer in following your dreams. And we often talked about how I was always pleasing everyone but not following my dreams.

Moving countries, having to put my corporate career on hold ,and then being forced to rediscover what makes me happy, eight years later, here I am, and Sharifa Samora is live.

A huge thank you to Ee, my dear husband. I don’t know what I did to deserve him, but he is always the one who is trying to make my dreams come true. He is my best friend and the best father to our children and, last but not least, my photographer.
