My first impressions of the Senreve Circa Bag

Senreve Circa Bag in Mimosa Storm

In today’s blog post we are going to talk about the Senreve Circa Bag. I love bags; some may say that I am slightly bag obsessed; I prefer to say I am a bag enthusiast. A few years ago, while scrolling through Instagram, I came across the Senreve Maestra bag, and I instantly fell in love. My friend bought a Senreve Maestra bag, and I could finally see one in real life. This made a Senreve bag a more desirable item on my never-ending wishlist. Fast forward to one of their bi-annual sales, I finally splurged on a Senreve bag. And this year, one of my dream collabs came true I am a Senreve ambassador. Being a Senreve ambassador is an excellent thing for my readers because I have a unique discount link for when you spend $300 & up.

Long story short, when Senreve reached out and asked if I wanted to be part of their campaign for the Circa bag, I was over the moon and instantly said yes! So in today’s blog post, I will be sharing my first impressions of the Senreve Circa bag in Mimosa storm.

Look of the Senreve Circa bag

The Senreve Circa bag is a bag in the form of a circle with a unique flat base. This bag can stand alone and has beautiful hardware as feet. It is a tiny bag, but as Senreve’s signature style, it is a super versatile bag (more about that later). It comes in pebbled leather (6 colors) and mimosa leather. (2 colors). Pebbled leather has a supple finish and is scratch-resistant. This full-grain skin is tumbled at the tannery, giving a high-quality, long-lasting, durable result.
Mimosa leather has a long-grain, bark-like finish, making the bag slightly stiffer than the Pebbled.

The interior of the Circa bag is made of stain-resistant micro suede material. The Circa bag has a slip pocket in the front, a card slot at the back, and two interior slip pockets.

Senreve bags are made in Italy from 100% genuine Italian leather that is scratch, stain, and water-resistant.

Dimensions

On the Senreve website I found the following dimensions for the Circa bag:

  • Width (base): 7.25” or 18.4 cm
  • Height: 7″ or 17.7 cm
  • Depth: 2.5” or 6.3 cm
  • Adjustable top handle: 0″-1.5″ or 0-3.8 cm
  • Adjustable straps: 16.5-22.5″ or 42-57 cm
  • Weight: 0.4 kg or .88 lbs

The Circa bag fits up to an iPhone 12 Pro max. I can’t fit my bigger wallet in the bag, but a small cardholder works while still having room for my keys, small hand sanitizer, and lipgloss.

Ways to wear the Senreve Circa bag

One of the reasons I love Senreve is that the bags take you from desk to dinner and everything in between. Senreve understands that modern women have so many roles to fulfill, and they designed bags with having that in mind.

I am not sure yet what my favorite way is to wear my Circa bag, but you can wear it as a crossbody, a clutch, a backpack, or simply as a shoulder bag. Bonus points for the fact that Senreve sells other straps so you can replace the strap of your bag and, with that, change the whole look of your bag!

My impressions

Senreve did it again. The Circa bag is a beautiful, well-made bag, and the color storm is a great color to add to my collection. Currently I am styling the bag for my winter wardrobe as I live in Montreal and we are in the winter season, but I know I will be wearing this bag a lot in the spring and summer. I was so glad that Senreve reached out because this bag was on my wishlist and would have been my next Senreve purchase.

I promise that I will give a full review when I have had a bit more wear of this bag but knowing Senreve’s excellent quality, I don’t expect any disappointments.
